Sonia Lopez is an executive advisor and coach with over twenty years in executive human resources, where she spent two decades inside the systems that decide who rises and who plateaus. Trained through iPEC as a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, she also completed a Neuroscience MicroBachelors through Harvard. She partners with accomplished leaders and high-achievers working at the edge of what's next, pairing deep fluency in human behavior and applied neuroscience with a rare ability to read the patterns capping a person's next level.
